Monriad is beautiful. The owner/staff were wonderful. Our room was beautifully decorated, very clean, airconditioned and the beds very comfortable. We also had free internet access in our room. We had stayed in Marrakesh before so could find our way around but if you are new it would be a good idea to accept the airport transfer offer. Once at the riad it is a straight walk to the Jemaa El Fna past lots of shops and stalls. We had a lovely breakfast served as well. Because our flight out was not till mid afternoon we were allowed to leave our luggage and do some more sightseeing. When we returned we were able to have a shower to freshen up before leaving. I felt this was very generous and just shows how friendly the people here really are. Totally recommend this Riad .
No complaints at all.

I loved this place! Hospitality was above all expections. We met a pesky driver who showed up at a couple of our riads insisting he was a family member to the staff. Manager of Monriad gave us his private # in case we needed any help. He said " You are our guests in the city, not just the riad." Beautiful place tucked into a little alley. Mint tea before you sign in. Clean, warm, cosy, yet elegant.

The location is particularly good, within a close distance from a main square. What's more, its in a quiet area near the market and palace, the Medina of Marrakech and Museum Dar Si Said...

The staff were excellent, really polite, friendly and ready to help with anything. We were really impressed. The hotel was beautifully designed, impeccably clean and served a really great breakfast.
The hotel was quite noisy. The windows didn't shut out the sound and past the talking, birds, calls to prayer, cleaning and other general banging / shouting a lie-in would have been impossible. It was not the fault of the hotel staff, just the design of the building I think. Not a place to stay if you're looking to completely detach from the world, but fine otherwise.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the main attractions and a short walk to the city center. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant place to unwind after a long day.
The noise level in the courtyard and during meal times was quite high, which made it difficult to relax or have a peaceful meal. all the rooms facing the courtyard meant that privacy was compromised and noise traveled easily.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make sure our stay was unforgettable. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the laundry and airport shuttle. The hotel had a charming restaurant and bar area where we enjoyed delicious meals and happy hour drinks. The staff's hospitality was overwhelming and made us feel like VIPs.

I had brilliant stay, the place is pleasant and relaxing!
The breakfast was fantastic, I greatly enjoyed a great selection of food they served. My hotel room was well-kept with freshly made sheets, decent sized bathroom, for example. The location was best possible, enough to keep me going through a morning of sightseeing to the nearby attractions!
